For 15+ years I've shipped enterprise software in regulated industries: fintech, SaaS, multi-location retail, and financial services back-office. I built the Innovation and PMO at Refresh Financial that contributed to the company's eventual acquisition. I led the 20-person IT PMO at Momentum Financial Services Group that rolled out AML/KYC across 600+ retail locations. In 2025 I started sitkastack: the practice and the Framework. The focus is AI implementation that holds up in audit, not just in demo. I'm based in British Columbia. The company was later acquired. - Top-five Canadian grocer, Program Director: owned strategy and delivery for a $16M MarTech growth platform with a $200M customer lifetime value roadmap. - Momentum Financial Services Group, Director IT PMO & Program Management: led a 20-person IT PMO. Launched an installment loan platform that originated $500M in 18 months. Rolled out AML/KYC and modernized POS across 600+ retail locations. ## AI Builds Tools I've built and use in my own work. The same patterns apply to client builds at sitkastack. - Executive delivery dashboard (in production): a Python pipeline that ingests Jira, Smartsheet, and timesheet data and uses the Claude API for RAG-based program insights, margin analysis, and forecast views. An internal tool I built and use to replace manual status compilation. - Fintech service ops triage (public demo): an AI triage tool for service-operations decisions in regulated environments, with confidence-gated routing, PII redaction, prompt-injection mitigation, and structured audit logging.
